I am a homeschooling momma who understands the families' journey with their children who live with dyslexia and 2e. I am excited to share my two decades of specialized academic experience using Maverick methods that benefit homeschooling children with dyslexia and other learning differences. I have raised two 2e children with severe dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, and both were accepted to their first-choice colleges and are now living successful independent adult lives. I am currently homeschooling my eight-year-old- daughter.
I am happy to share what I learned teaching in a Montessori classroom for many years before I leaped into homeschooling my two older kids. Our bumpy dyslexia and 2e voyage have provided me with the knowledge that has allowed homeschooling my youngest daughter a breeze.
